Materiales y Equipos Luce (LUCE) protects the personal data we receive when you request a quote, book a showroom visit, or apply for LUCE Pro access, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect
Name, email, WhatsApp, company or studio, professional profile, project description and, for LUCE Pro, your role and optional message. We do not collect sensitive data or data from minors.
Purposes
We use your data to answer quotes, schedule showroom visits, follow up commercially, manage access to the technical library, and improve the service. We do not sell databases or share them with unrelated third parties, except when required by law or when providers help us operate the site (for example hosting and messaging).

You may access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hola@luce.com.mx. We will respond within the time frames set by law. This notice may be updated; the current version is published on this site.
